SAP FICO Lead

Job Description

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Design and configure SAP FICO solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end Finance and Controlling business processes, including integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, WM, Treasury, and Basis.
• Lead user training, testing activities, and production support.
• Resolve complex functional issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team members.
