Roles and responsibilities:

    • User Administration & Management
    • User Roles Administration - modification, assignment deletion and re-assignment
    • SOD Analysis - User access analysis and remediation
Roles & User Access cleanup
    • Audit Log analysis
    • Experience with roles adjustment post Upgrade
    • Assist Customer with internal / external Audits
    • Lead discussions on analysis of External / Internal audit findings and remediation
    • Prepare and implement a project plan for audit findings and remediation without affecting Business
    • Adhere to defined ticketing processes and SLAs and ensure Zero escalations
    • Co-ordinating with SAP during Audits
    • Knowledge on IAG is a plus
    • Good to have knowledge on Licensing for both Cloud & On-premise Systems
    • Good to have knowledge on GRC
    • Knowledge on SysAid (Ticket Tool) is a plus
